1. What is the purpose of Sale and Purchase Agreement?

The Sale and Purchase Agreement make sure that the parties (“the buyer and the seller”) have mutual understanding on the transaction, may it be about the terms and conditions, the set forth rules and regulations and even the payment methods and transactions, it will be declared and specified under this agreement.
